SproutFaster’s Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within one business day unless otherwise noted. We attempt to process all orders on the day received. Orders received after 4 pm may ship the following business day, though every effort will be made to ship on the same day.
Delays caused by busy holiday seasons, weather or storm-related, and other shipment interruptions may happen that are beyond our control. In such a case, we will work with carriers, customers, and staff to make sure that products are delivered as quickly as possible.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
We offer free shipping on orders valued at > $35.00 USD, and charge a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping on orders < $35.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Most products can be shipped to PO Boxes. If we are unable to ship to a PO Box, you will need to provide a physical address for shipping.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking Shipping notification, including tracking information (when available), will be provided to you via email. Updates may be provided additionally by the delivery carrier.
Customs, duties, and taxes:
SproutFaster is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SproutFaster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are willing and able to ship to any country that is permitted by the US government.
Please note the return eligibility of each product prior to purchase. Many products may be returned within 30 days of receipt by sending your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our customer service team. Products that have been opened and/or used are eligible for a return, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Refunds or replacements are processed upon our receipt of the returned products and inspection to verify the claim for return. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt and testing of the returned goods. Funds will be returned to you at the rate provided by the bank or credit card used to purchase the goods.
